Theresa Ring, PE, CFM

Theresa is a water resources engineer with demonstrated experience in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, floodplain management, and river design. She is especially interested in enhancing river corridors for the community while preserving the character of natural channels and protecting adjacent infrastructure. With her expertise in HEC-RAS 1D/2D modeling, floodplain permitting, and stakeholder coordination, Theresa has guided several river recreation projects through successful floodplain permitting and regulatory discussions with FEMA and USACE. She supports projects from concept development and design through construction services, aligning technical objectives with stakeholder priorities and long-term river performance.
