Chelsey is a surface water engineer with nearly a decade of experience in water resources engineering, river restoration, and whitewater recreation design. Growing up on the rivers and lakes of North Idaho, she developed a deep connection to water and a passion for creating spaces that bring people back to their rivers. She supports projects across the United States focused on whitewater design, aquatic habitat enhancement, fish passage, and resilient river systems. Chelsey has extensive experience designing whitewater features and in-stream structures, including serving as a primary design engineer for the Tulsa Wave Park, Scott Avenue Principal Park, and Reynolds Landing projects. She develops features that perform across a wide range of flows while balancing recreation, safety, and habitat goals with client and community vision.
